Job summary

HDR is seeking a Federal Market Group Technology Director to lead a strategic vision across 6 business groups and a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on implementing secure technology solutions, digital transformation, and enterprise platforms for federal programs.

You will collaborate with Federal leadership, corporate technology, and vendors to deploy initiatives that enhance project delivery, efficiency, and innovation while maintaining compliance and data protection across HDR’s

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise technology strategy for multidisciplinary engineering or professional services organizations.
• Minimum 10 years delivering projects with technological solutions for Federal clients.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, CUI).
• Experience evaluating technology, software development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs; establish metrics for adoption, efficiency, and value.
• Drive innovation to enhance program performance, resilience, security, and secure cloud adoption.
• Represent the Federal Business Group in enterprise technology planning and security accreditation.
• Participate in HDR Technology Leadership Team meetings and drive ROI through automation, AI/ML adoption.
• Develop and maintain technology strategy roadmaps reflecting Federal priorities and digital transformation.
• Coordinate with Corporate Technology to ensure Federal compliant platforms and secure collaboration.
• Standardize workflows for Federal programs, ensuring compliant digital delivery and data management.
• Lead proposals for investment in technology to improve productivity and quality for Federal clients.
• Define requirements for high-performance compute, modeling tools, secure clouds, and enterprise licensing.
