Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead federal technology modernization initiatives in Arlington, VA, with active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

You will manage full lifecycle projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery within budget for diverse stakeholders. You will drive planning, execution, and reporting across SDLC, cloud, and data modernization while maintaining strong client relationships and exceptional program governance.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET clearance
• US Citizenship is required
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• FIVE (5)+ years of overall work experience
• Experience leading full lifecycle technology projects in a federal environment
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and take initiative
• Experience supporting State or USAID program and budget management (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary PoC for clients, building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and tasks using Jira and approved documentation.
• Facilitate meetings (standups, reviews, planning), prepare agendas, capture notes, and track actions.
• Coordinate project documentation, charters, deliverables, and final work products.
• Support risk, issue, and dependency tracking and communicate blockers to leadership.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to align tasks and milestones.
• Monitor quality and completeness of outputs prior to submission or handoff.
• Support Agile practices by coordinating backlog updates and Jira hygiene.
