Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead high‑tempo, Top Secret IT initiatives in the Washington, DC area. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, develop project artifacts, and deliver executive‑ready materials for senior decision makers.

You will drive disciplined delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across engineering, cybersecurity, and operations. onsite work and occasional travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with five years of IT project management experience in secure environments.
• Active Top Secret federal or DoD security clearance required; ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects in a Top Secret environment with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts: plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports.
• Coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and business stakeholders; manage milestones.
• Prepare executive briefings and decision materials for leadership.
• Lead release readiness and operational transition activities; ensure runbooks exist.
