Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Project Manager to lead federal child support modernization initiatives, focusing on technology modernization, certification readiness, and program operations. You will guide day-to-day execution, align priorities across federal and state partners, and drive strategic direction for implementation and governance.

Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
- Bachelor's degree and five or more years of professional experience leading complex federal/state initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide project management leadership for modernization, program operations, and systems transformation.
- Manage workplans, schedules, milestones, and staffing to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Coordinate with federal staff, state IV-D agencies, technology partners and project teams.
- Oversee risk, issue, and dependency management across workstreams.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across program, policy, technology, data, research and communications.
