Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex modernization, interoperability, and data management initiatives serving public health organizations.

You will act as the primary client point of contact, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across the full project lifecycle, and align technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including at least four years leading full lifecycle technology projects.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "NACI" clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary PoC for clients and build strong client relationships.
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and tasks using Jira.
• Support risk, issue, and dependency tracking and communicate blockers to leadership.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to align tasks and deliverables.
