Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to join the Paducah, KY site team. You will prepare bid packages, review contract terms, and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure a clear understanding of scope, schedules, and compliance with FAR and DEAR.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a related field with 5+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of related experience required; typical 5–8 years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid proposals and contractor lists.
• Review and modify scope, terms, and commercial aspects of contracts.
• Lead pre-award conferences with contractors and clients.
• Award contracts via appropriate channels and ensure compliance with FAR/DEAR.
• Track deliverables and contract performance against requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams and sites for negotiation and execution.
