Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a federal contracting environment.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR and contract law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in subcontract negotiations and awards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team to meet pricing/proposal support and subcontract/PO award timelines.
• Develop RFPs for federal services/products of medium to high complexity and tailor prime contract requirements.
• Lead negotiations with subcontractors on price, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Award high-complexity subcontracts and document actions per compliance standards.
• Manage subcontractor performance and promptly address issues.
• Close out subcontracts, including cost-reimbursable ones.
