Qualifications

US Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
Experience in US government procurement, preferably with a peer prime contractor.
Minimum 8 years in a federal contracting environment.
Comprehensive understanding of FAR/DFAR and contract law.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet schedules.
Effective subcontractor/supplier management within negotiated terms.

Responsibilities

Lead subcontract negotiations on price, terms, and delivery schedules.
Develop competitive RFPs for federal services and medium-to-high complexity work.
Manage Requests for Proposal and awards to ensure lowest risk and best performance.
Ensure compliance with negotiated price, terms, and delivery schedule.
Close out subcontracts, including cost-reimbursable types, timely.
