Job summary

ServiceNow in San Diego, CA or Kirkland, WA is seeking a senior infrastructure engineer to build software tools that automate deployment and testing of compute infrastructure. You will scale critical services to support customer growth, apply test-driven development, and explore open-source and commercial tools while collaborating with peer teams.

The role requires 8+ years of related experience with a degree, Python and Linux expertise, plus familiarity with OpenStack, Kubernetes, Docker,

Qualifications

8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
Strong programming with Python.
Familiarity with OpenStack and virtualization/cloud infra.
Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform).
Experience with configuration management (Puppet) at scale.
Understanding of Kubernetes and Docker.
Experience in software development or release management is desirable.
