Job summary

Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solution Architect to support business development and sales teams in securing new opportunities. You will bridge complex technical solutions with customer needs, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, crafting architectures, developing proposals, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical proposal development in response to government RFPs.
• Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) in government environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery in federal IT programs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced proposal environment with overlapping deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions and craft solution architectures.
• Develop technical proposals and ensure solutions are scalable and secure.
• Present technical solutions to government evaluators and internal leadership.
• Translate business objectives into cloud-based solutions and APIs.
