Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Federal Civilian Solutions Architect to drive technical strategy with federal agencies, system integrators, and partners. You will map agency requirements to the Search AI Platform, leading engagements across the sales lifecycle and establishing trusted advisor status.

You will influence product direction, craft high-impact demonstrations, and champion secure, compliant data solutions for mission-critical use cases in the DMV region.

Qualifications

• Location in the Washington, DC / Maryland / Northern VA area with hybrid collaboration.
• 4+ years as a Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or Technical Presales Consultant in enterprise software or federal space.
• Familiarity with federal mission areas and modernization mandates.
• Proven success leading technical evaluations and AOAs; ability to articulate ROI.
• Ability to influence technical decision-makers and communicate with executive audiences.
• Curiosity about open-source, cloud-native architectures, and AI/ML trends; ML experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead technical advisor for Federal Civilian accounts from discovery to technical win.
• Architect value-driven solutions addressing agency modernization goals and pain points.
• Build trust with executives and technical leadership across agencies and CIOs/CTOs.
• Deliver demos, POCs, and prototypes to validate capabilities across search, observability, and security.
• Collaborate with FSIs, VARs, and strategic partners on account plans and RFIs/RFPs.
• Advocate for federal requirements—compliance, air-gapped environments, security controls.
• Represent the company at regional federal events and tech summits in the DMV.
