Day & Zimmermann is seeking a skilled recruiter to support staffing across divisions by conducting full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to in-processing. The role emphasizes security clearances, regulatory compliance, and delivering timely fills in a fast-paced environment.

The incumbent will collaborate with account managers, build a robust candidate pipeline, and continuously refine recruiting processes to meet program needs and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency recruiting, preferably in federal staffing.

Responsabilités

• Sources and screens candidates with appropriate security clearances and certifications for open positions.
• Guides candidates through the full recruiting cycle to offer and pre-employment vetting processes.
• Uses multiple sourcing techniques and posts/updates requisitions in the ATS.
