Job summary

Day & Zimmermann in the United States is seeking a high-volume recruiting professional to support the division's staffing efforts from sourcing to in-processing, leveraging contemporary recruiting techniques.

You will collaborate with account managers, conduct behavioral interviews, and manage pre-employment vetting, background checks, and drug screens to fill open positions while maintaining compliance and building a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in federal staffing.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates to fill open positions in a timely manner.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess KSAs against job requirements.
• Coordinate with account managers to align talent strategies with client needs.
• Oversee pre-employment vetting including background checks and drug screens.
