Job summary

Day & Zimmermann is seeking a staffing professional to lead full-cycle recruitment within our federal staffing division. The role centers on sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates with appropriate security clearances and credentials.

You will coordinate with Account Managers to assess client needs, facilitate interviews, and guide candidates through pre-employment vetting. Strong organizational, regulatory, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent Preferred.
• 3+ years of high volume corporate and/or agency recruiting, preferably in the federal staffing area.

Responsibilities

• Sources and screens candidates with proper Security Clearance and accreditations within company and legal requirements.
• Represents the full recruiting cycle up to the offer phase, including client interview/assessment and pre-employment vetting.
• Uses multiple sourcing techniques including social media, networks, job boards and databases to attract candidates with proper clearances.
• Collaborates with Account Managers to understand client needs and future skill requirements.
• Maintains candidate relationships and builds a pipeline for future opportunities.
• Assists with designing and refining scalable recruitment processes as needed.
