• Maintain candidate relationships and build a pipeline throughout the recruiting cycle.
• Utilize multiple sourcing techniques and post/update/close requisitions in the ATS.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and talent strategy.
• Follow up with candidates through the process and manage pre-employment vetting.
• Design or shape compliant and scalable recruitment processes as needed.
