Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 3+ years of high-volume recruiting, preferably federal staffing.
• Experience with behavioral interviews and candidate assessments.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Source and screen candidates with security clearances and accreditations.
• Guide candidates through full cycle to offer, background checks, and vetting.
• Use diverse sourcing tools to attract talent and keep ATS postings current.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to align talent with client needs.
• Maintain regular contact to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Help improve compliant, scalable recruitment processes.
