Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience supporting U.S. federal agencies.
• Experience managing services teams supporting U.S. federal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead services operations and resources to ensure timely project execution and value delivery.
• Guide project teams on scoping, estimates, and value realization.
• Monitor performance to ensure high levels of project success.
• Collaborate on GTM strategy and ensure consistent messaging.
• Identify renewal opportunities and mitigate risk with Sales/Finance oversight.
• Mentor and develop Engagement Managers and Solution Architects.
