Job summary

ICF is seeking a Business Analyst to drive the ongoing operations and enhancements of a federal Salesforce Grants Management application. You will translate complex needs into actionable requirements, author detailed user stories, lead UAT, and deliver end-user training to ensure adoption and stability.

You will collaborate with project managers, Salesforce developers, QA, and federal stakeholders, and help maintain documentation and training materials for successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with requirements gathering and writing user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• 2+ years of experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and managing defects.
• 2+ years creating end-user training materials and conducting training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders to translate needs into concrete software requirements.
• Create and maintain JIRA user stories with acceptance criteria, workflows, and edge cases.
• Manage operational backlog with product owners and project leadership.
• Lead UAT efforts, draft test plans and scripts, and coordinate defect triage.
• Develop system documentation including SOPs, guides, and release notes.
• Design and deliver end-user training programs and workshops.
