Job summary
ICF’s Digital Modernization Division is seeking a Project Manager to lead the phased implementation of an enterprise grants management platform built on Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector.
You will manage cross-functional teams delivering grants lifecycle capabilities, data migration, security and ATO activities, testing, training, deployment, and production support, while ensuring quality and timely delivery for government stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in a related field is required or preferred.
- Minimum seven years of professional experience managing IT delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including government stakeholders and technical staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead phased delivery of an enterprise grants management platform built on Salesforce Agentforce Public Sector.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
- Lead Agile planning and execution: backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Coordinate with government stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, security personnel, and integrations teams to align priorities.
- Oversee requirements, data migration, testing, deployment, training, and post-release support.
