Job summary

Dropzone AI is seeking a Federal Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across a defined U.S. federal territory and expand the company footprint within federal civilian and defense agencies.

You will manage end-to-end sales, engage CISOs and IT executives, lead discovery and ROI storytelling, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market strategies for the US federal landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years enterprise sales in SOC cybersecurity or DoD/federal space.
• Experience selling to DoD/Federal CSSP/CSP landscape and agencies (DISA, DHS).
• Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle in the defined US federal territory from prospecting to closure.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product to drive regional GTM.
• Forecast accurately and maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot).
