Job summary

Library Systems & Services, LLC. seeks a Material Handling Laborer to support a federal records program in San Bruno, CA. You will handle storage, retrieval, and disposition of government records with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and security.

Responsibilities include locating and moving records, unloading and shelving containers, and ensuring proper documentation and disposal procedures in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to successfully complete the background investigation/suitability process.
• Able to report reliably to the San Bruno, CA facility for on-site shifts.
• Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and safety requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive Government records.

Responsibilities

• Locate, retrieve, remove, transport, and reshelve Federal records containers.
• Safely remove records boxes from shelving and transport containers using material-handling equipment.
• Receive and shelve incoming records transfers and verify locations.
• Prepare records for disposition and palletize/shrink-wrap as needed.
• Maintain container sequences, labels, and shelf locations for accuracy.
• Retrieve requested folders/boxes and reshelve after processing.
