HKS, Inc. seeks a strategic Pursuit Marketing leader to shape narratives for Tier 1 opportunities within the Federal practice.

You will analyze clients, competitors, and HKS positioning to develop sharp, win-oriented storytelling and to assemble the right teams for pursuit execution. Collaborating with BD, PMD, and the Communications and Brand COEs, you will define win themes, messaging pillars, and interview strategies, while maintaining alignment with client relationships and market signals to

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in AEC marketing or pursuit strategy.
• Proficiency in InDesign and graphic software.
• Strong storytelling and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and workshops.

• Analyze client priorities and procurement context to shape pursuit strategy.
• Develop clear pursuit strategies and win themes for Tier 1 opportunities.
• Ground strategy in client intelligence and brand identity.
• Partner with BD and sales teams to align strategy before writing.
• Provide ongoing strategic direction during pursuit lifecycle.
• Create strategic briefs for the Pursuit Marketing COE.
• Coordinate with PMD and BDD; track market signals to anticipate needs.
• Manage communications and story development with the Communications COE.
