Job summary

You will manage resources, set quality standards, mentor the team, and translate data into actionable insights, collaborating with studio leaders on business development and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Marketing, Communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of professional services pursuit marketing experience.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to design graphically rich layouts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Outstanding project management, interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Ability to manage a team with collaborative leadership and build trust across a diverse group.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Owns pod-level performance metrics, including win rates and delivery health.
• Leads narrative strategy for complex pursuits ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs.
• Establishes quality standards and best practices for marketing deliverables.
• Provides strategic review of messages, structure, and positioning.
• Ensures outputs align with firm strategy and pursuit objectives.
• Leads and develops Marketing team, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Balances workloads to meet business demands while maintaining sustainable delivery.
• Identifies skill gaps and partners with leadership on development plans.
• Tracks pod performance metrics and reports insights to marketing leadership.
• Translates data into actionable process improvements.
• Supports business development efforts with studio leaders as the go-to source.
• Collaborates with pursuit strategists on competitive intelligence and client research.
• Oversees qualifications, proposals, and interview collateral.
• Oversees pursuit submission processes and deadlines.
• Manages regional project stories and milestones for marketing materials.
