Job summary

ASRC Industrial (AIS) is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join our Strategic Proposal Center on-site in Tempe, AZ, with remote work considered for highly qualified candidates. Lead and support federal proposals across our network, partnering with capture managers and technical SMEs to craft compliant, compelling content.

You will manage full life cycle of proposal development, coordinate with writers, graphic designers, and senior leaders, and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Proposal Center.
• Experience with federal government procurement and large, complex proposals.
