Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal coordination.
• Solid understanding of RFP structures and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional organization, project management, and attention to detail.
• Strong writing and editing skills with experience in federal proposals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs/RFQs/RFIs to extract requirements and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules and action items.
• Coordinate kickoff, status, color team reviews, and other proposal activities.
• Track status of all components to meet deadlines.
• Ensure content aligns with solicitation requirements and branding.
