Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end development of complex federal contract proposals for BPA opportunities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop winning strategies, and ensure compliance across RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.

The role emphasizes strong writing, project management, and collaboration with Finance, Estimating, Contracts, Legal, and senior leadership to drive competitive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing federal government contract proposals in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through proposal lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of federal procurement processes, solicitation structures (FAR/DFARS).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of multiple BPA contract proposals from pursuit through submission.
• Manage high-priority proposals while balancing deadlines, resources, and priorities.
• Develop compliance matrices, schedules, and action plans for complete solicitation compliance.
