Job summary

One Federal Solution seeks a Sourcer to support live federal business development proposals and build a strong pipeline of candidates for future opportunities. The Sourcer will identify and engage qualified candidates for proposed Key Personnel and other priority roles, confirm their interest and availability, and gather commitment letters on schedule.

The role collaborates with Business Development, Recruiting, and Operations, monitoring RFIs and early opportunities to prepare candidate options

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Strong candidate research, outreach, and relationship-building skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; manage multiple candidates, opportunities and deadlines.
• Strong organization and attention to detail for candidate records.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Recruiting, and Operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development to review proposals and identify staffing needs.
• Source and engage qualified candidates for Key Personnel and priority roles.
• Assess candidate interest, availability, compensation expectations.
• Coordinate resumes, letters of commitment, materials; track items.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of future candidates for proposals.
• Review qualifications against requirements; flag gaps for teams.
• Provide updates on sourcing progress and risks to teams.
• Monitor RFI activity to develop candidate options before RFPs.
• Support open positions on active contracts when capacity allows.
• Coordinate candidate clearance verification with security processes.
• Assist with formatting resumes per templates.
