Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking a Sourcer to support live federal business development proposals and build a strong pipeline of candidates for future opportunities. The role focuses on identifying qualified candidates for Key Personnel and priority roles, confirming interest and availability, and gathering commitment letters on schedule.

The Sourcer will collaborate with Business Development, Recruiting, and Operations, monitor RFIs and early opportunity activity, and help prepare candidate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or staffing.
• Strong research and outreach abilities to engage candidates not actively seeking roles.
• Clear written and verbal communication with solid follow-through.
• Excellent organization and meticulous candidate record keeping.
• Collaborative mindset to work with BD, Recruiting and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development to review live proposals and the opportunity pipeline.
• Identify, source and engage qualified candidates for Key Personnel and other high-priority roles.
• Assess candidate interest, availability, experience and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate resumes, letters of commitment and other candidate materials.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of future candidates for proposals.
• Review qualifications against requirements and flag gaps for teams.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and risks to meeting deadlines.
• Support open positions on active contracts when capacity allows.
• Coordinate candidate clearance verification per security processes.
• Assist formatting resumes for proposal submissions per templates.
