Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking a Sourcer to support live federal business development proposals and build a strong pipeline of candidates for future opportunities. The Sourcer will identify and engage qualified candidates for Key Personnel and other priority roles, coordinating materials and maintaining an organized pipeline.

Collaborating with Business Development, Recruiting, and Operations, you will help prepare candidate options before an RFP.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Strong research, outreach and relationship-building skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to handle multiple deadlines.
• Organized with attention to candidate records and proposal documentation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BD to review live proposals, RFIs, and the opportunity pipeline.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates for proposed Key Personnel and high-priority roles.
• Assess interest, availability, experience, and compensation expectations; follow up timely.
• Coordinate resumes, letters of commitment, and candidate materials; ensure accuracy.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of future candidates for proposals and opportunities.
• Review candidate qualifications against requirements and flag gaps for teams.
• Provide updates on sourcing progress, risks, and documentation gaps.
• Monitor RFI activity to develop candidate options before an RFP is released.
• Support open positions on active contracts via sourcing and handoff to recruiters.
