Job summary

NTT DATA Services Federal Government LLC is seeking a Federal Proposal Coordinator/Desktop Publisher to join our Proposal Development Center in Herndon, VA. You will coordinate production, maintain formatting, and ensure on‑time, submission‑ready documents in compliance with RFP requirements.

You will collaborate with proposal managers, SMEs, writers, and designers, and maintain SharePoint sites and document libraries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supporting and coordinating the federal proposal development process.
• Experience with coordinating across teams under tight deadlines and maintaining document version control.

Responsibilities

• Manage proposal document creation and production using M365 and Adobe PDF.
• Review RFP instructions for format, font/style, and response requirements.
• Maintain consistent formatting across volumes including graphics and tables.
• Create and administer SharePoint sites and access permissions.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day proposal development activities across color teams.
• Assist with data calls, past performance, and boilerplate content.
• Track deliverables and risks to the proposal manager.
• Assemble reusable boilerplate and templates.
