NTT DATA Services Federal Government LLC is seeking a Federal Proposal Coordinator – Desktop Publisher to join our Proposal Development Center (PDC) in Herndon, VA. The role focuses on producing high-quality, compliant proposal response documents and coordinating schedules, contributors, and activities for federal proposals.

The position requires 3+ years supporting federal proposals and 5+ years of experience in M365 Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat for final production.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supporting federal proposal development coordination (civilian and/or DoD).
• 5+ years professional experience with M365 Word formatting (styles, headers/footers, TOC, cross-references, numbering).
• 5+ years experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat for final production.

Responsibilities

• Manage proposal document creation and production using M365 and Adobe PDF.
• Review RFP instructions for format and compliance.
• Maintain consistent formatting across volumes; coordinate graphics and tables.
