M3 Government Services is seeking a Proposal Manager to join its Business Development Team. You will lead, plan, and oversee the Federal Proposal Development lifecycle, reporting to the Director Business Development.

Focus on compliance, quality, and timely submissions across RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. The role requires 10+ to 15 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record in Federal government proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience writing and managing Federal government proposals.
• Knowledge of federal procurement policies and practices.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Federal Proposal Development lifecycle from kickoff to submission.
• Plan, schedule, and manage proposal resources and timelines.
• Coordinate with writers, editors, SMEs, and reviewers.
• Ensure 100% compliance and compelling proposals.
