MRIGlobal is seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager to lead government proposal efforts from solicitation through submission. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and ensure compliance while crafting compelling, compliant proposals that advance MRIGlobal's mission in federal contracting.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of federal proposal experience, strong writing and project management skills, and knowledge of federal acquisition processes. APMP certification is a plus.

Formación

• Five+ years of proposal management experience with U.S. Government contracts.
• Experience guiding federal proposals from initiation to submission.
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition processes and solicitations.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams under deadline pressure.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage RFPs, RFQs, and other government opportunities.
• Oversee proposal lifecycle from analysis through submission.
• Develop schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, writing plans, and review plans.
• Lead proposal kickoffs and reviews; track feedback and milestones.
• Ensure responses meet requirements and convey MRIGlobal's value.
• Maintain the proposal content library for reuse.
