Job summary

CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC seeks a Lead Project Manager to direct complex federal construction and facilities programs from Fort Worth, TX. You will guide multiple project managers, coordinate with COR/CO, and ensure program objectives, budgets, and schedules are met.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering and 15+ years of experience leading large-scale initiatives, with strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 15+ years in architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex programs and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to the COR, CO and CGS.
• Lead and oversee contracted Project Managers on multiple projects.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery across diverse locations.
• Ensure program requirements, budgets, schedules, and quality objectives are met.
• Monitor performance and implement process improvements.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefings.
• Support strategic planning and long-range program execution.
• Manage staffing and resource allocation for project teams.
