Job summary

HNTB is seeking a Project Manager I - Engineering to lead a mega ($25M) project through its full lifecycle, from scope development to delivery. You will align architects and engineers, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate cross-discipline teams, and ensure quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience, plus the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and deliver construction documents on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fees; assist with technical proposals and contracts.
• Lead project team to deliver scope, schedule and budgets to completion.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, and production.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan; mentor team.
• Coordinate staffing, recruitment, development, retention, and performance reviews.
• Assist with business development and client relationships; prepare proposal materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
