Job summary

HNTB Corporation is seeking a seasoned project leadership professional to oversee field contract management and coordination on large, complex infrastructure programs. You will serve as the on-site liaison among clients, company personnel, and contractors to ensure design integrity and contractual compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 12+ years of relevant experience, and jurisdictional certificates; PE is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• All jurisdictional certificates required.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation and assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Monitor contractor progress and compare with schedule; resolve technical field issues.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan; manage submittals and change orders.
• Coordinate with client, architects, and engineers to ensure conformance to plans and specs.
• Provide cost control, risk management, and business development support for mega projects.
