Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison; manage project team to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead client contract scoping and negotiations.
• Perform technical discipline tasks: analysis, reports, design, and production.
• Implement project delivery plan using HNTB's SDA.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan.
• Supervise and mentor team toward project objectives.
• Recruitment, development, retention, and succession planning for staff.
• Collaborate with Client Service Leaders to pursue mega projects.
• Prepare proposal and presentation materials.
• Lead proposal development and interviews.
