HNTB, a leading engineering firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager–Engineering to guide the full lifecycle of complex projects from proposal through delivery. You will manage budgets, schedules, technical requirements, and client communications while coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across regions.

The role emphasizes leadership in design and delivery, quality control, and staff mentorship within a St. Louis-based team. A strong track record in large-scale infrastructure projects is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 12 years of engineering project experience.
• 4+ years of successful management of engineering projects.

Mansioni

• Develop project scope and fee quotations and assist in preparing technical proposals.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage scope, schedule, and budgets to completion.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, and design output.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan and mentor staff.
