Job summary

TalentRemedy is seeking a Program Manager to drive excellence across a portfolio of federal contracts. You will lead and coordinate multi-program efforts, oversee performance, and ensure compliance while partnering with leadership, customers, and subcontractors.

The role blends leadership, operations, recruiting, strategy, and client support in a dynamic, hybrid work environment. Bachelor's degree and DoD clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current DoD Secret clearance required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading or managing teams in a professional environment.
• Program or project management experience managing federal government contracts.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Working knowledge of FAR and government contracting practices.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, staffing, and contract performance metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute work across multiple federal contracts while ensuring delivery, satisfaction, and compliance.
• Serve as liaison between leadership, customers, subcontractors, and contract personnel.
• Direct and mentor project team members and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Monitor performance, deliverables, schedules, staffing, and budgets to meet objectives.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions and mitigation strategies.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and supervision of contract personnel.
• Lead program reviews and provide status updates.
• Participate in business development activities including capture planning and proposals.
