If you're excited by variety, motivated by growth, and ready to make a meaningful impact within a rapidly expanding company, we'd love to hear from you.

This position is available for a Hybrid work schedule.

  • Assist with corporate compliance efforts, including maintenance of quality certifications and process improvement initiatives such as ISO and CMMI.
  • Support contract startups, transitions, and closeout activities as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of company growth and operational excellence.
Experience and Expertise Required:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with government customers and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience supporting proposal development, recruiting, staffing, or business development efforts is a plus.
