Job summary

iCatalyst, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead federal program initiatives within a hybrid work model. You will oversee program specifications, manage multiple projects, and align operations with client goals.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in program/project management, PMP certification, and experience with U.S. federal agencies. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in program and project management, talent acquisition, facilitation, program management toolset implementation, and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting U.S. federal government agencies.
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing program specifications, operational plans, and strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff or consultants.
• Experience presenting project updates, recommendations, and briefings to senior executives or government leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet schedule, performance, and quality objectives.
• Implement operational mission requirements.
• Perform requirements analysis, information analysis, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Support clients in achieving program goals and objectives.
• Coordinate multiple projects to ensure alignment with overall program objectives.
• Resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide status updates and briefings to CG ASC senior leadership.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage junior consultants.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
