Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Administrator to oversee a 500+ person federal services program, aligning workforce planning, onboarding, security, and procurement administration to maintain delivery readiness.

You will lead financial analysis of subcontractor funding, labor utilization, burn-rate trends, and forecasting, while coordinating with program leadership, contracts, finance, and government stakeholders to drive compliance and operational maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Ten+ years of progressive program administration experience, ideally in Federal/government contracting.
• Experience managing teams and career development.
• Direct work with Government stakeholders on PIV, GFE provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and procurement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Direct Program Administration across a 500+ person federal services program, aligning workforce planning, onboarding, resource management, procurement support, subcontractor coordination, Security, PIV/GFE, and personnel lifecycle operations.
• Lead financial operations analysis across subcontractor funding, labor utilization, burn-rate trends, budget performance, and resource forecasts.
• Identify delivery risks early and recommend corrective actions that support funding, staffing, and contract decision-making.
• Support financial forecasting, labor planning, funding monitoring, contract action tracking, and executive reporting for a multimillion-dollar federal portfolio.
• Lead matrixed coordination across program leadership, finance, contracts, recruiting, security, technology, partner services, subcontracts, procurement, and federal stakeholders.
• Provide oversight and governance for Security, PIV and GFE administration, ensuring requests are submitted, reviewed, tracked, reconciled, and closed in accordance with requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Government points of contact to ensure timely provisioning, accurate records, and alignment between staffing actions, access needs, and equipment availability.
• Manage security-related compliance administration, including annual training, rosters, records, and compliance reporting.
• Establish governance structures, reporting standards, and business processes to strengthen transparency and execution.
• Report Program Administration status, operational risks, financial trends, and corrective actions to executive and federal stakeholders.
