Job summary

Grey Street Consulting, LLC in Washington, DC, seeks a Program Manager (Reasonable Accommodations) to support the DOT DOCR. The role is onsite full-time, working with federal agencies to review accommodation requests and draft decision letters.

The candidate will manage schedules, supervise contractors, coordinate with the COR, and ensure compliance with disability laws. Strong communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with Teams/Zoom are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Law, Public Policy, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as Program Manager or Team Lead with federal client liaison.
• Expertise in reasonable accommodations processing and disability management.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Point of Contact: primary contact for assignments and cases.
• Operational Oversight: manages daily schedules for contractors.
• Personnel Performance: supervises contractors and relays COR feedback.
• Budgetary Projection: provides monthly projections for funding needs.
• Invoice Reconciliation: prepares and submits Pre-Draft Invoice by the 15th.
• Communication Buffer: first point of contact for payment status and funding.
• Onsite Availability: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, Mon–Fri, via phone/email/virtual platforms.
