Job summary

Oregon Department of Transportation seeks an experienced HR professional to serve as ADA & Workplace Accommodation Partner in the Support Services Division. You will advise on complex ADA accommodations and lead the interactive process, ensuring compliant, timely decisions and collaboration with HR partners.

Responsibilities include policy interpretation, training development, data tracking, and coordination with medical providers and managers.

Qualifications

• Six years HR experience in related role, with four at professional level.
• Knowledge of ADA Title II regulations and workplace accommodations.
• Ability to interpret state/federal HR regulations to support compliance.
• Experience developing programs, templates and guidance for ADA/workplace accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for complex ADA accommodations across the agency.
• Lead interactive process for complex accommodation requests, evaluate eligibility and approve/deny.
• Ensure consistent and legally compliant administration of accommodations across the agency.
