Job summary

PBG seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to support a headquarters professional services program for a Federal agency. You will serve as the primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, removing impediments and protecting the teams from distractions while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

The role requires ISO 9001-aligned QMS implementation, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, Power

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience.
• Strong understanding of Scrum practices.
• Proven track record of implementing a QMS in compliance with ISO 9001.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, Power BI).
• SECRET personnel security clearance issued by the DCSA, required prior to contract performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams.
• Foster an environment that encourages collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and manage QMS in alignment with ISO 9001 standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments that may hinder the teams’ progress.
• Protect the teams from external distractions.
• Prepare written communication in accordance with the Customer’s writing guide, free of typos, grammar discrepancies, and formatting flaws.
