Responsibilities

• Manage contractor staff and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful task outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients and stakeholders on task objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct continuous service delivery improvements for efficiency and performance.
• Assign contractor schedules, review work, supervise personnel and communicate policies.
