Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program finance, government contract accounting, or regulated environments.
• Experience managing financial components of federal or public sector contracts.
• Knowledge of federal contract financial structures including CLINs, funded amounts, and performance periods.
• Strong analytical and documentation control skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial tracking across awarded programs, including funded amounts and contract ceilings.
• Prepare and submit invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing schedules.
• Reconcile deliverables and milestones with invoicing documentation.
• Monitor revenue recognition and accounts receivable; maintain audit-ready docs.
• Track modifications, funding adjustments, and incremental obligations.
• Coordinate with program leadership on financial alignment with timelines.
• Provide structured financial reporting to executive leadership.
• Identify financial risks or compliance gaps and elevate appropriately.
• Support documentation readiness for potential audit or oversight review.
