Job summary

Intelligensia Labs is seeking a Project Manager to lead federal and regulated technology engagements from contract initiation through final delivery.

You will oversee end-to-end execution of infrastructure and enterprise software initiatives, coordinating procurement lifecycles, documentation control, risk management, and regulatory alignment with audit-ready processes. This is a leadership role demanding precision and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in technology, infrastructure, or regulated environments.
• Experience managing procurement or enterprise software/hardware delivery lifecycles.
• Strong organizational discipline and documentation control.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and operational functions.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from initiation through completion.
• Develop structured project plans aligned to contract performance periods.
• Coordinate across software, hardware, and infrastructure solution providers.
• Manage procurement tracking, entitlement validation, and delivery confirmation.
• Maintain documentation suitable for federal oversight and audit environments, including potential Inspector General review.
• Ensure sourcing integrity and regulatory compliance alignment.
• Track milestones, performance metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Identify execution risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide clear executive-level reporting and structured status updates.
• Support rapid delivery cycles in time-sensitive environments.
