Job summary

MRO is seeking a Revenue Integrity Program Manager to consult with clients and internal stakeholders, optimizing revenue integrity workflows using the Revenue Integrity suite. You will serve as a subject matter expert, articulating benefits to executives in finance and compliance, and driving adoption of the solutions.

You will analyze provider revenue cycle processes, lead small teams on engagements, and develop materials for client presentations and ROI calculations to advance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care industry, preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years healthcare revenue cycle, audit denial and/or consulting experience required.
• 5+ years of experience working with revenue cycle vendors.
• Experience with healthcare information systems (HIS), EPIC, Cerner strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document provider revenue cycle processes, focusing on identified areas of concern.
• Understand and provide best practice revenue cycle guidance for provider operations.
• Lead small teams and projects that support consulting engagements.
• Recognize revenue cycle process challenges and escalate timely.
• Maintain knowledge/resources for methodologies and client-facing materials.
