Job summary

Intelligensia Labs seeks a Program Finance Manager to oversee finances across active federal programs, ensuring billing accuracy, contract alignment, funding visibility, and audit-ready documentation.

You will coordinate with project leadership to ensure revenue is tracked, invoiced, and supported by defensible documentation, with attention to CLINs, funding amounts, and performance periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 5+ years of program finance or government contract accounting experience.
• Experience with federal contracts, CLINs, funding periods, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial tracking across awarded programs, including funding and contract ceilings.
• Prepare and submit invoices per contract terms and billing schedules.
• Reconcile milestones with invoicing documentation and monitor AR status.
• Provide structured financial reporting to executive leadership and identify risks.
